Return Policy:

Customer Satisfaction is our highest concern and thusly, WMB NUTRITIONAL will address any issues of quality standards with an appropriate action to accommodate our customers needs. Except in circumstances of quality of product, All Sales are considered final upon receipt of shipment, unless agreed to in writing by an authorized WMB NUTRITIONAL representative.

Receipt of Shipment marked by the following:

· In circumstances of FOB shipment wherein the customer arranges logistics for delivery, the product is loaded for shipment from a WMB NUTRITIONAL Facility.

· In circumstances of delivery arranged by WMB NUTRITIONAL, the product is accepted for delivery and offloaded at the customer’s destination.
